What is the Least Worst Tax?

I asked this a while ago on r/libertarian, but I figure I'll ask it here and hopefully it will stir debate: Whether you're an anarchist or a statist, lefty or righty, if you had to choose 1 form of taxation (read as: government funding) what would be the "best" or "least worst"?
