Does class consciousness affect people's lack of appreciation for capitalism?

Considering an overall majority of millionaires and billionaires are self made, they have a better appreciation for capitalism considering they've been in a position where they didn't have money their whole lives, and through their own efforts reaped the rewardsof capitalism.

On the other hand, people who do not have money are not appreciative of capitalism and gravitate towards socialism and due to their lot in life, they are incapable of comprehending the merits and superiority of capitalism over socalism.
