I fully agree with all you say about the rapid growth of capitalism, since that’s what it’s supposed to do, but since it’s kinda a thing that a lot of the labour fuelling this growth comes from countries that where the victims of colonialism and it’s also kinda happened way to often, that whenever these countries nationalised and socialised their industries, one of the colonial forces or the US assassinated and or couped their democratically elected leader and instated a government that would export their labour and resources again, even though this wasn’t in the interest of the people, since they experienced growth by nationalising their stuff.
Also it doesn’t help to be in denial about this and act as if this is like “consensual” or whatever, the US and others have been accused of this so many times when there was evidence about their involvement, that at least one of them has to be correct.
