Move to CD or keep in 360 Savings?

I've done this several times, but I'm curious about future rates. Currently offering a 360CD for 12 months at 5.25%
360 Savings is at 4.35%
On $2500, the difference would only be a few dollars over the 12 months. $131 vs $108. Not really significant. But will the 360 savings rate be lowered before then? I know, nobody really knows for sure.
