Le Glamour Foam Party - Water Wars?

Please could someone tell me what happens at the Le Glamour foam party water wars on Fridays? We will be there again later in August and will definitely be attending a foam party, I was just wondering whether the water wars is worth attending?
Also if anyone knows about the Indian parties on Thursdays please share some info - is it basically the same but the staff are dressed up? TIA!
