Blurring effect problems

Post Body

Using a PC and the free version. New to the whole editing thing. Blurring effect is giving me fits. Did a 5 minute clip of a 30 minute video so it would be manageable. Went through, put in circle blurs, looked fine when I played it back. Exported, loaded it back up to put in more blurs because some parts needed more than one blurred spot. Put the blurs in, everything looked good on playback. Exported it and loaded it on one of the video players on Windows...Movies and TV, I think...and it was this in the pic. Blurred circle was there, but everything else was black. Circle moved around, audio was good. But the unblurred video was gone. It looked fine on the timeline and on the Capcut player. This has happened a couple of times and it seems to be random. I'm very careful not to accidentally click on anything that I don't know how to undo. Capcut seems to be the only editor that works on my cheapo laptop, so I think I'm stuck with it. But damn, the fits it's giving me. Any help or suggestions would be very appreciated.

I have some other problems with blurring, but I'm trying to tackle one at a time.
