Looking to upgrade from T3i finally!

Hi,
Like the title reads, I’m looking to upgrade from my trusty T3i I’ve been using since it came out. I was hoping to get a full frame camera was looking at either the Canon RP or Canon R8.
The lens I would be using is RF-S18-150mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM. Would this be a good setup to get started? I mainly shoot automotive photography and random stuff on holidays.
I appreciate the insight!
