Store bought vs home grown

Post Body

I'm still new to canning and have only tried with things I've grown myself.

I was just wondering opinions about quality of store bought produce vs growing it yourself.

Now I know not everyone can or has time to grow their own and that's understandable.

But was wondering everyone's thoughts on if there is a difference more so after canning.

I don't wanna be a snob or seem like one. I have the yard to grow my own but never really thought store bought would be as well canned as growing it yourself.

Which is time consuming on its own no doubt. So I'm not knocking down store bought just wondered how it goes after canning both.

Thank you for your time and thoughts.
