Kosher Dill?
Post Body
I saw the archived post about kosher dill pickles, does anyone know a recipe for them that doesn't require fermentation?
My Mother used a kosher dill 'kit' and the pickles turned out extremely salty instead of sour. Is that par for the course and we just need to suck it up and ferment to get the truly kosher dill flavor?
Thanks so much for any and all advice. :) Looking forward to contributing more as we figure out canning and the joys it brings!
On a brighter note, the regular dill pickles turned out great!
