Cravings for tinned fish

Where do they come from? They started about 3 weeks ago for me, bought a shitload of tinned sardines and tuna and I really wanted to eat them NOW, even though I've never had sardines before(I did eat tuna out of the tin occasionally though). Did anyone of you experience this?
Is it just a fad? Or is something wrong with me? I'm a little confused by myself, haha.
