About surfactants and emulsifiers...

Post Body

So, I have been reading about surfactants and emulsifiers in regards to making more potent/bioavailable edibles and from the moderate amount of research I’ve done, I stumbled upon sunflower lecithin. Long story short, the edibles I made with the same amount of ingredients (32oz MCT oil, 2tbsp liquid sunflower lecithin, 3oz decarbed bud) seem to be less potent than without the sunflower lecithin. Wondering if I did something wrong or whether a surfactant such as sunflower lecithin actually makes a positive impact. I should add that I dissolved the sunflower lecithin in the heated MCT oil first before I threw the bud in.

Did I add too much sunflower lecithin, too little. Any help would be appreciated.
