Hey everyone!
I'm making gummies with caffeine as one of the main ingredients, everything seems to be working very well with them except one thing.... the taste, I'm really struggling to combat that bitterness of the caffeine, I have citric acid in the mix as well which brings that sour taste into the flavour which I love but I was wondering if anyone has made anything similar and what ingredients they used to combat that nasty bitterness from the caffeine i.e sweeteners?
Any advice or feedback is greatly appreciated
