Currently on month 3 of terbinafine, 2nd cycle of fc cidal + dysbiocide, oregano oil… the seed probiotic before bed. 20yrs toenail fungus, skin flare ups, and dandruff. My nose has been insanely stuffy & hard to sleep. Is this a massive die off? Are probiotics more affective w/o the antifungals?

Are flu like symptoms common with die off? My stomach never feels calm & bowel movements are loose some days, constipated others… I’m worried nothing is being repaired. My diet is good! No sugar or alcohol (did have some cookies over the holidays) taken soo many stool tests, doctors… spend thousands.
