I take milk thistle, NAC, dandelion root & leaf tea, TUDCA, alpha lipoic acid. I also have a binder supplement by Codeage but I only take it about once a week (includes molybdenum, activated charcoal, bentonite clay). The binder leaves me tired and feeling unmotivated the next day so I don't take it as often.
Even with all this, I still get symptoms every time I do my "kill" protocol for candida (nystatin and other antifungals - and I will only take 1 antifungal in small dosages at a time rather than all together). I suspect the toxins are not being removed/swept away as fast they should (or do I need to just "power through" the symptoms?).
... Regardless, what do you recommend adding to my detox protocol?
