Does this look and sound like candida?

I’ve had a white tongue, reflux issues and athletes foot for around 10 years. Recently came off PPIs as they were making me very ill.
I use a copper tongue scraper but I just can’t get rid of the white.
Is candida hard to detect? Was negative on a very expensive stool test that I had done.
