Potato’s, fruit ??? Are these known to be bad for candida? I air fry potato’s a lot & start each day w a stwbrry blubrry, banana smoothie with plant protein, unsweetened almond milk & flaxseed. Coffee 2,been taking dysbiocide, fc cidal, and terbinafine (month 3 now) & my stomach is gurgling all day.
