Hola Guys! Welcome to this little sub Reddit we created and I humbly thank you for joining us in our sub Reddit. I can't express how happy we are that you guys joined us, and I really mean it. The journey of this sub Reddit is rather dramatic ones which one of our mods will narrate later.

So now what comes next. Naturally I know many of you guys don't know us, or our vision because we were quite busy in past few days because of our controversial existence and we were also trying to get the word out. But that phase is hopefully over so I would like you to know some of our plans that we were thinking of implanting. Critics are naturally welcome and can contact us mods in general chat room or mail us.

What makes us different? Well obviously unlike many of the mbti chat room we don't govern you strictly and give you more freedom. That was the reason of our existence. The mods here are pretty chill and are ready to talk and be active in chat room. You just need to hit 'em up.

2} We allow you post pretty much anything of any nature which relates to MBTI. And mod's will try to participate as actively as they could. Just don't cross the lines that are mentioned in our rule book.

3} Weekly Debates : During Sunday and Monday we would choose a hot debatable topic. And ask for your opinions in debate chat room. We would inform the topic on Saturday. Suggestions are welcome and we mod will be participating too. The first debate will be held on Sunday.

4} I am sure you guys are liking your each personal flairs and I am sure some of you are using the custom made flair. But unfortunately we are going to withdraw the custom editable flair given to you that includes mod too ... Nowww hold up don't go cursing me yet. You are going to still keep your personality type flair. But we thought for spicing things a little bit instead of giving out the custom made flairs . You gotta have to earn it, That should be fun right? Not only that we thought of a three tier flair distribution system. The first tier which includes your personality type is absolutely free and you just have to join the community to get one.

The second tier however is going to be a bit difficult to earn. In the next level we are giving you five flairs based on your activity in this sub Reddit with special requirements.

1. THERAPIST : This flair title would be bestowed upon the person who gives the best advices in chat room or in community posts and solves the fellow members problem of any nature.

2. PROFESSOR: This flair title would be given to most wise and knowledgeable person we see. Who will possess the most accurate knowledge and vast knowledge of MBTI and helps the fellow newbies and members to learn more about the MBTI community.

3. AMICABLE: The most lively and easy to get along with type . Who gets along with everyone and keeps the sub Reddit lively.

4.REBEL: The one who is a very good debater and likes to spike controversy and is not afraid to be different or speak out. We will closely monitor him in debate chat and appoint him.

So here are the "Flair Games" Or as so we call it. We wanna see your active participation. And it will commence from next week Monday and at the end of each month we will choose 4 winners of each segment I mentioned. The winners will be chosen solely on our observation and by advancing onto the second tier you will be eligible to the 3rd tier. That is custom made flairs. We will choose one at end of 6 months and at the end of each years we will have 2 third tier winners annually if we ever need moderators we will pick from the third tier personals who are good at handling and seem trustful and love this sub Reddit and take it to new heights.

Rember Don't try to be sly and participate with a open heart . With the big this event gets we might include Reddit prizes with these custom flairs.

Your Customized flairs will be there till Sunday. So go crazy with it :).
