it's really painful to see that dad had 3 episodes of shortness of breath. i just told him that whenever he will have those moments, just hold my hand, and listen to inhale and exhale of my breath until the medications come into effect

today, we experienced probably one of the most physically challenging task for him, changing diapers of his wet poop because he no longer has the strength to stand, or when he stands, it will exacerbate his shortness of breath, so we have to adjust to him, currently both of my sisters are here in our country, but one of them will leave on saturday, and the other one will leave on the next saturday ... after that, it will be just me and mom taking are of my dad ... it will be hard for the both of us, but i'm fine with it, at least, he's in our hands

not seeking advice or whatnot, just mere narrating of what happened today, i thought i needed to breathe and let it out since i cant open to this to my closest friends
