We found out today that my mom (67F) has stage 4 liver cancer that is so in the lymph nodes around her liver, possibly stomach (waiting on biopsy results) and a small bit in her esophagus. I am absolutely devastated. This came out of nowhere. She was healthy and fine, started having some abdominal pain, went to see her doctor, he did blood work, and here we are. I am so scared of what’s to come. We talk with the oncologist Friday to discuss options/treatment. My world is completely crumbling. This is one of my worst fears and I hurt so bad.

I just need to know that I’m not alone, because despite having the best family, friends and coworkers, I feel completely alone.
