Post Body

Hi all, my aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020. It has been an incredibly had 3 years but her chemotherapy finally came to an end start of last year. But now she's developed symptoms of the therapy. Her heart is shrinking and her body is putting on weight(fat around neck, stomach and legs). Due to the weight going up its putting too much pressure on the heart. Doctors have told her to lose some a little bit. Now I'll mention some of the problems. 1. She has to work part time (although her work isn't too bad on her body but is something that is time consuming) 2. She has already tried walks everyday and Hot Yoga(yoga in a high temperature room). Both have bought up problems such as uterus issues while walking everyday for a distance and intense head pains during hot yoga due to the high temperature. Even normally during the day if the temperature rises to 25 the head pains start meaning a sauna to burn calories and lose fat isn't an option.

So I'm just on here to see if anyone has any suggestions regarding this.

Thank you
