last monday my mom of 63 years old sadly but peacefully passed away at a hospice facility from liver cancer. She was on chemo for about a year and she was doing fine and then this year her chemo treatment were on and off because of some complications but she seemed fine. Last month I really noticed her health declining. She was in bed most of the day, lack of appetite, had trouble passing her food and medication, getting nauseous and throwing up, trouble moving around (feet were swollen), and just overall tired. I know sheโs gone now but at times I still catch myself asking if this really happened it feels surreal. I wish I could of done certain things differently idk maybe she would still be here or maybe Iโm just having a hard time accepting it was her time to go.
