It's been a spell since I last made a review post here. When /u/aepko asked me to toss up my thoughts on their new Butter line additions, I thought what the hell. I wanted to take a slightly different approach this time though, rather than just testing half or most of the bottles, I stuck it out and vaped the whole damn thing(s). So stick around and see what I have to say about these ever so fitting additions to the Vapor Junkie lineup.

Both of these flavors utilize the Salted Butter Pie as their base, which is a flavor all its own released with the previous two Salted Butter Flavors. This is an excellent base that features some really creamy textures, salty nuances and..butter. Yes, you read that right, butter. Rest assured that they all have that signature Vapor Junkie feel to them. Without further delay.

Vapor Junkie does a really great job creating flavor profiles that just have that signture "Vapor Junkie" feel to them. This new bourbon is no exception.

Ill be honest, this was the one that I least looked forward too, I have had some boozey style flavors before and they were not very good. This bourbon actually came out on top for me, by a very small margin.

Anyone who admires thick,creamy and velvety flavors is really going to enjoy this. The inhale carries a mix of thick creamy, buttery texture and taste. At first I could swear that I tasted a bit of custard in this mix,like a dark, perhaps brown sugary custard.

The exhale is where the booze really hits. The taste is, quite accurate. I think more along the lines of Jim Beam or Jack Daniels when I taste this. The flavor is strong BUT the combined taste from the buttery creamy texture really turns this into something fantastic. I thought a few times that I picked up a hint of buttery crust but if it was there, it was very faint.

The booze taste mingles with the creamy butter as you exhale the last bit of vapor. This leave a lingering aftertaste of slight booze but the creamy butter is what stays around the longest.

I think that Vapor Junkie has really done a great job taking a non traditional profile and making it their own. If you are interested in trying something out of the norm this is definatley something you will want to get your hands on.

Alright, so, this was the one that I opened first and was most excited to try. I love a well done lime flavor. I find lime is not overly common as an upfront, main flavor. Some may find lime can carry a bit of a harsh effect but done right, it has the potential to be great!

This flavor, for me, plays a bit of trickery at times. There were moments when I swear I was inhaling pure Lemon Meringue pie. Yes, I know this is lime but I was caught myself thinking "this tastes JUST like lemon pie filling".

The inhale on this one is lime, with a building accent of buttery creamy pie. The lime I found to be..pretty light. It was much lighter than I would have anticipated for a Vapor Junkie flavor. The butter pie base pulls it down a little I think. Nevertheless, aside from being light the balance between citrus and the base is pretty well done. The lime mingles around with the butter pie base like it belongs right there with it.

I will add the the lime tastes really authentic. Think fresh squeezed lime, minus the sour puckering intensity. Perhaps more like fresh squeezed lime water.

What I found really interesting was how even though the lime is fairly light , the flavor sticks through right to the end. Even as the butter pie base picks up on the exhale, the lime still carries through.

It was on the exhale where I got the lemon meringue pie thoughts, the two flavors blend together so damn well on the exhale it just feels natural.

I have had key lime pie flavors before but this is truly unlike any of the ones I have had, It feels genuine and the flavor accuracy is on the ball.

As a purely personal preference, I would of loved for a more intense lime, otherwise this new addition is magnificent!
