This was really great to see today and was quite beyond my expectations for rectifying the situation at hand. I will agree with the reviews I have read of having good customer service. No arguing no back and forth no pictures asked for (don't know if they saw the reddit post) but just an email back immediately rectifying the situation in an unexpected way going as far as to confirm the new one is sealed. AMAZING.

Hey there,

So I've been waiting on making this post to see if Fat Panda had anything to say and they haven't responded to anything, so here it goes.

I ordered a Wotofo Bravo RTA in gold during their boxing day sale, in order to qualify for the free shipping I added a couple of bottles of their juice to the order. Now I get home on Dec 31st and open the package, the juice is fine but I see the box is not in plastic or anything, there's a huge cut in the box (whatever, someone probably pushed to hard with the utility knife when opening the shipping box) but then I proceed to open the box.... On the back of the box it lists the contents that are supposed to be in the box:

1pc Bravo RTA

1pc User Manual

1pc Standard Glass

1pc 510 Drip Tip Adapter

1pc Bubble Glass

1 Bag Japanese Cotton

1 bag Extra Screws & Orings

1 bag Comp Wire Coils

Well, I have everything up to the bubble glass, meaning I am missing the cotton, coils and the extra screws and orings.... Like.. I have never received something I bought as new open and missing parts.

The tank itself doesn't look used but still. I'm not very impressed, I emailed them as soon as I opened the package when I got home on Dec 31st, and I haven't heard anything after sending 3 further emails to them. Really hope they end up stepping up and making it right, they seem to be highly regarded here and was really disappointed with my first experience, not to mention I haven't even been able to use my new tank because I don't want them to come back with some "It's used so there's nothing we can do". Having a shiny new RTA sitting there when you get use it is HEARTBREAKING.
