Good Morning!
Long time lurker with a question. Currently have a variable rate at 4.83. I can lock in 5.09 for 2yrs or 5.14 for 3yrs. Thinking about the 2yrs as with recent Fed hike I’ll be mid 6’s in no time. My hope is that by the end of 2024 we’ll have clearer picture and hopefully rates coming back down. I’m not looking for these historical lows again, I’m happy with 3-3.5 percent. What’s the groups thoughts on this or outlook on the rate hike situation. Thank you!
