Based on what I've overheard and seen on here, it seems as though these are the biggest fixes that could greatly help retention. Ordering may differ by individual, but I think I touched everything big.

(When I use *MP's I mean members of parliament, not military police.)

Need help fixing retention,
Do you really need our aid?
Can politicians and the brass,
By Corporals be swayed?

I'll start by stating wages,
They are stagnating at best.
My pay does not track inflation,
Like the *MP's, I guess.

Secondly, a human right,
The housing we humans need.
We don't want mansions like your own,
A simple home, indeed.

Thirdly I will say postings,
It is hard to put down roots.
We need to make a nest somewhere,
If you want us in boots.

3b, will be, PLD,
It's a motion not to shelf.
If treasury board can't fix it,
Can they not serve themself?

Fourthly is all the make work,
There's no need for bullshit tasks.
Can we just train and do our jobs,
Is that too much to ask?

Fifth is required mess dues,
Functions without any choice.
At least think of the sober ones,
Do they not get a voice?

Sixth is pomp and circumstance,
Collar dogs, and such, I mean.
I do not mind playing dress up,
But why am I payee?

Holy seven more listing,
Like most of our ships at sea.
Vehicles, planes, and all our kit,
Fall apart easily.
