Dump pouch for issued fishing vest

What have you people been using as a dump pouch for the issued tac vest? Any recommendations?
I know CP gear has one but I’m not sure if the non-MOLLE mounting rings will line up with those black plastic loops on the bottom/sides of the tac vest. Plan was to zap strap it to the vest.
Also feel free to share any other useful mods you’ve done to make the tac vest more user friendly.
