So I know I have posted often. I am not trying to convince the people who are familiar with me to DM me. There maybe some new women on here who haven’t seen my posts and I am hoping they will read this.

That being said who am I? I am 5’8 in height and weigh 290 Ibs. I have recently been diagnosed with a treatable illness and have begun a healthy eating and workout regiment. At 55 I am not ready to curl up and die so I have made some changes that will take time to take effect but will be permanent.

I have brown hair with a little grey on the sides. I keep it short but not no. 2 razor short. Still have them use scissors. I have a small, well I think small bald spot at the back of my head but have most of my hair. I don’t have a beard because of my work but have been known to sport one.

There is something I notice about me and that is I get attached quickly. This does not help with a relationship because it leaves little time for growth and my relationships peak quickly. Having said that I would like to go slow with you so that doesn’t happen. Not looking to jump into sex right away. I want this to be an emotional, mental, spiritual as well as physical connection.

Been married over thirty years and got married young. Don’t hate or dislike my wife but we have become best friends rather than intimate partners. I miss that and that is why I am here. I hope to find someone who gets excited about hearing from me and wants to share part of their life with me. It’s understandable that I won’t be your whole life and I won’t be yours. I have no intention of leaving my partner.

What am I looking for? I admit I might box out of my weight class. Not overly concerned about body shape but I am a sucker for a pretty face. I will know when I see your face if I am attracted to you. So if we exchange pics early that would be nice. I don’t want to waste your time.

I am an INFP in Meyers-Briggs and I am a 9 the Peacemaker in the Enneagram test. I don’t like conflict but when involved in conflict will be calm and personable. I work in a people helping career and I have achieved a masters degree.

I tend to be a thinker and I am interested in really knowing a person: what she likes, what she values, what makes her tick, and what has caused her pain.

I recovered from depression several years ago and have healed successfully to the point I am a high functioning member of this society even if this society can frustrate me.

I am tender hearted and would not hurt a flea almost literally. I cry at weddings, funerals, movies and when my children were born and when they moved out of the home.

I enjoy a good book and a good bingable TV series. Have become more in tune with nature and enjoy journalling. I enjoy sports like motor racing, football, baseball, hockey and soccer. Will also watch boxing occasionally.

Honesty if you don’t feel heard, understood and cared about when interacting with me then we have missed the mark in the connection because if I am interested in you, you will feel these things.

I listen well and do not try to fix you or give unwanted advice. My goal is that you feel understood and that someone (me) is journeying along side you in your current situation. I want to feel somewhat what you are feeling and sit in that connection we make.

People have called me funny, warm, understanding and cute. As you can guess I am not a rugged masculine man but I am all man. Just one who is willing to feel and wants to know what you feel.
