I live in Victoria and I have never, ever seen such a dire need for framers in my life. I wear my lid anywhere off-site and I'm immediately approached half a dozen contractors begging me to come work for them. I know of 4-5 sites that can't even operate because they don't meet the minimum number of workers most days of the week.
