Where can a former CPS find info about pension benefits?

Post Body

I left the government in 2010 after 2.5 years service. I took some money as cash but I think some might have been locked in and I was also told I would get other benefits (eg dental, extended health, etc).

The problem is I did not save or document things very well back then and only now am I revisiting and recalibrating my retirement strategy. Is there a place (website, phone number) where I can find information about the benefits I’ll have access to in retirement?
