Lack of work is causing anxiety

Post Body

In 2021-2022, I took sick year for 3 months since I was going on a burnout. For context, I have General Anxiety Disorder and I'm Bi-Polar (management is aware of this). Since I've been back, I'm never offered special projects, just my regular work. I can understand that they want to avoid a burnout (which I appreciate) but it's been a year.

I had a talk about this and it seems that I'm a "spare" on the bench waiting to replace someone.

While times I do not mind a lower workload, other times it really plays a game with my head. I've set up an area in the office to play guitar to reduce my anxiety. Two or three 10 minutes a day does the job.

Any tips?
