Anyone know who to contact? I don’t think the mailbox near my house is being emptied often.

I’m super frustrated because I’ve used this mailbox for years for my small business and it is never very full (I could hear my envelopes hit the bottom usually). However lately it is fuller and many of the orders that have tracking have taken up to 3 weeks to have an initial scan? I don’t believe it is being picked up regularly. I think the people who pickup from the mailboxes are contracted out, but is there somewhere I can report this? It is making me lose money for something I’ve never had an issue with in the past (I’ve stopped using the mailbox for now).
