Stolen ps5 pro

UPS decided to leave my ps5 pro outside last night, it was ordered from costco and it's no longer where they showed it being left. I'm currently working and can't spend the day on the phone hoping to get this sorted this evening but who is at fault here? Really leaving a 1k item outside in a dark raining night seems ridiculous.
