I’m not sure about Canada, but one of the oldest and iconic hotels in New York is paid millions per month and they have basically turned a blind eye to crime from drug use, muggings, sexual assault. It’s wild, and they can’t even get in touch with the owners because they are probably on vacation somewhere.
