So I purchased the macmillian wool parka back in Jan of this year. Noticed some seepage (which I found it weird as the item is brand new) and also some threads are getting loose (like the part of the bottom zipper)
Fast forward, 2 weeks ago I opened a warranty case and shipped it to gear repair (the place CG contracted for repair in the US). On Monday, I already got a notification saying they think the seepage is normal and the loose thread is fixed. For some reason I saw $55 cleaning fee due but no way on the portal would allow me to make a payment. Called the customer care and they said it "seems" they have waived the fee and told me not to bother. They've shipped it via UPS ground and I shall receive it on Friday...
Will let everyone know how it turns out. I found it a bit lame because no major repair was done but if the cleaning was free.... I guess not so bad? lol
