what happens if my bank closes my account with $2 million in it?

my bank is shutting my personal and business accounts down, they claim i transferred money from my business account to my personal account which was fraudulently obtained. my business owes 2 million to the bank but the funds are in my personal account… is the bank able to take away my 2 million from my personal account to cover the debt from the business or do they have to issue me a cheque for 2 million personally now?
