Good moisturizers?

Hi y’all! I’m looking for a good drugstore moisturizer. I need something that isn’t too greasy, my skin can easily react. I often have cystic acne which I have under control now. My skin is oily but dry at the same time (sorry I’m even confused about this)
I need something that will feel light on my face.
Any good recommendations? The stores I have near me are Shoppers, Jean Coutu, Walmart and other drugstores.
