"Not Ready to Drive" message?

Hello all. I'm a die hard Toyota fan and I love all things r/Toyota. So, I have a 2019 Camry. I took it in for an oil change, but they failed to reset the car's electronic maintenance schedule. When I try to reset it, all I get is a "Not Ready to Drive" message. I've googled for suggested remedies. I did the whole drive at X speed for Y miles etc. But I still can't clear the "Not Ready to Drive" message. My next move is to disconnect the battery and try to reset. The move after that is a factory setting reset. Should I do that?
