Post Body

Hey all - My wife and I are thinking about trying to get a backcountry permit for Yellowstone end of August. Does anyone know some easy/moderate hikes that they can recommend for a 1 to 2 night overnight?

We already have camping reservations at grant village - but we would like to potentially do a few of those nights out in the backcountry if we can. Any suggestions would be much appreciated - I'm pretty lost in all of the info.

Again - we are not looking for a strenuous hike. Something fairly easy that gets us away from the commercial campgrounds.

Thanks everyone!
