Campground opening

I am going to be opening a campground/rv next spring in northern MN. We will be located on the Crow Wing River near Sebeka. I will have lots of questions for this group on what you enjoy and what to avoid. To start out does anyone have any general tips to give? Obviously my number one concern is the happiness of the campers. To give a quick run down on what we are doing so far. We will be opening a small bar available to tubers kayakers and canoes on the river and the campers in our campground. We will not be open to the public? Is this a bad idea? We will also be renting out tubes to people and giving them a ride to the bridge. From there it is a 3.5 hr float to get back to the campground. We will be building a boardwalk eventually. Now me any my business partner are trying to decide. Do we build an actual bar starting out or do we do a Tiki bar type thing close to the beach?
