So I'm staying in my car. I'm a young male, I'm leaving an abusive relationship and have c-ptsd. I can't trust a landlord or anybody else with a key to an apartment, and frankly I'm not going to waste my money on one either. I want to know the cheapest way I can basically live off the grid but close to society until I can heal so probably a while at least. Camping indefinitely doesn't really bother me, I'm quite fond of it. So I'd like some recommendations on the cheapest sources for a
-camp stove (probably 2 burners) -best overall fuel type -light source -tent/living structure -cooler/food storage -cooking equipment -heat source -electricity source -big electricity store to make efficient use of the generator -water source -airgun/conventional gun for sustenance hunting small game/self defense
Also maybe a wood stove that can go in a tent/ tent with a Lil corresponding chimney eyelet
I want all this stuff to hopefully conform to the same fuel type of possible. From my research so far, compressed propane seems to be the best for everything except availability. But as long as I'm near a Walmart I should be fine, most gas stations have those blue rhinos even if not, but it seems like with the price of gas, even though it's the most available, it's not the move right now.
I know this is unusual and kind of a lot to request, but any help is appreciated. Im hurting right now and this seems like a reasonable and good option with what I'm working with and against
Also I have a gym membership so showering and exercise isn't really an issue, as long as it's close by. I just need to find the best of all of this stuff with attention to price so I can just have less time working to stay alive and more time in my safe campsite where I can just be alone, be safe and heal.
UPDATE: I'm now looking into the cheapest piece of land I can find that's within a drivable distance to the city/town/civilization and putting my stuff there. Then I will have someplace I can park and have space to figure out how and subsequently fix my car if something breaks and store possessions longterm. I was looking g on Craigslist and I see a some free campers and rvs. Most don't work, but if I get a friend with a truck or maybe even rent one and I had a piece of land to bring it to I could straight up just post it up and there's basically a tiny home with hard walls and probably a lock/animal protection/ food storage away from animals. Any information on this would be helpful too even though it's kind of getting away from camping equipment at this point. Just seeing that I can actually do this I feel like I'm reclaiming my life, feeling better already.
