Will is a nice guy, with a good sense of humor. He’s usually cheerful, respectful, and sympathetic towards others and he’s also pleasant to be around. He can be really hard to open up though, usually you only know him on the surface. If you want to get to know him better, you have to earn his trust. He also gets extremely mad when someone does something he doesn’t like, like insulting him or going against his morals. Also, he may not seem so, but he’ll pick a fight with you if you piss him off.

• Reading: Will likes to read. A lot. He reads both fiction and non-fiction, and when he reads non-fiction it usually about science and engineering, or space and the universe, or just cool facts about the earth. You will commonly find him reading under Thalia’s tree, waiting to meet a new camper.

• Videogames: Will also likes to play video games, especially the ones that require creativity. Some of his favorites are Minecraft, Cities: Skylines, Superhot, and Sea of Thieves. He prefers to play multiplayer but has no problem in playing single player either.

• Sports: Will likes to play basketball and football. Even though he is not that good at either of them, it’s still enough for it to be fun for him and the other people playing.

• Drawing: Will loves to draw. It's a great way to express his creativity and also a good way to calm him down. He wouldn’t call himself the best artist, but other people think his drawings are great.

[Backstory]

Will lived with his mother in São Paulo for pretty much all his life. She used to tell him stories of the Brazilian mythical creatures, and some greek legends too. He went to a normal school, had some good friends, and had an overall good life. When he was about 9, his mom insisted that he trained in Kung Fu, and he did for about 5 years, two times a week. He was pretty good at it. His reflexes were fast (and still are), and he was in good shape (and still is). He also played basketball 2 times a week. He tried taking piano lessons, but that didn’t work too well. He loved building things out of lego and was always eager to “invent” something new. When he was about twelve, something had tried to kill him. It was a monster, but he didn’t know at the time. He ran away and was safe, but the monster left a scar between his left shoulder and his neck. That was the only time he got attacked by a monster. When he turned 14, his mother told him he had to go live in NYC with his grandparents. She explained all about the greek gods and how they were real, and she told him he had to go to a camp for the so-called “half-bloods”. Now he understood all those weird things he saw when he was a kid. He was the son of a god…

[Now]

Will gets out of his grandparent’s car after saying good-bye to them. He grabs his backpack and calmly walks up the hill. Nice view, he thought as soon as he got up there. He could see all the campers doing their activities, the cabins, the strawberry fields, the ocean, and he also saw some people nearby, wanting to introduce themselves to him. He was excited. A completely different life was coming to him. This will be fun, he thought.
