How far is the RV turquoise lot from the Mesa and festival entrance? How quiet was it?

I’m planning to do RV camping in 2023 and my main reasoning for picking the Turquoise lot is to get some peaceful sleep. How long did it take you to walk to the Mesa and festival entrance? Is it really that much quieter? What are the quiet hours?
