I'm a bit lost, as I was going to post this to /r/photography and got deleted because it seems is not relevant (I know its a bit weird topic, so if it does not fits here and anyone knows of a right subreddit, please, tell me).

The super short version was that a warranty claim from me ended up with a replacement being sent, the mail never arriving, and my account (and the related tickets) being deleted from their database. Also, a lot of ludicrous messages with some customer support guys who read like they weren't understanding what I was writing.

I've managed to "recover" the account (registering again), and the only thing that has survived has been the registered product. Their support service does not work atm (I want to think IS atm). There's any other way to contact them? I'm screwed? Can I contact them through Amazon?
