Help me decide between two models

Hi,

I want to buy my first camera and after a lot of research I came to 2 choices to start with:

Canon EOS R7 RF-S 18-150mm 3.5-6.3 IS STM
Sony a6700 Tamron 18-300mm F3.5-6.3 Di III-A VC VXD E Mount

I will mainly use this camera during travel and hike, I want to shoot landscapes, animals, nature mainly with some macro (flowers and insects), maybe try some portrait but not the most important part and in the near future I want to try astrophotography.

I can't decide between those 2 and I had only the opportunity to test a Canon R8 in store because the 2 are not available at local store right now sadly.

I will be happy to have some feedback about all of that as I am a real beginner.
