PowerShot sx510hs not turning on

Hey folks, as the title says the camera is not turning on. I bought it used, and the included battery didn’t turn it on. I got a replacement battery off Amazon to see if that did the trick, but no dice. Tried the “push display button to put a load on it” a few times, nothing. Removed the back to clean the screen, so that’s nothing weird.
