Hello there! I recently got a membership for VIM and I was thinking about having a gym/accountability partner. I really want to get into compound lifts and took personal training sessions with a trainer to learn the correct form. I do feel a bit confident about my form but I'd also love to workout with someone who already does compound lifts to get some feedback on my form (majorly squats and deadlifts). We can also keep each other accountable.
I plan to workout 3x a week around 6/7 pm. I'm 24M doing a PhD and enjoy all sorts of outdoorsy things. Please send me a chat if this interests you :)
