Kids on standard Cambly

Hey everyone!
I was wondering what the best way is to let Cambly know if there is a kid using the normal site instead of Cambly for kids. I don’t teach kids because I’m not really used to it but I had two kids today call through. I tried to tell their parent that there is a specific option for kids and they would get better help there but I’m not sure if they understood because they called me back right after lol. Cheers!
