Cam model/OF training manual

My spouse and I were really successful in the business and have since stepped a little further from the front of the cam to behind the cam. We were thinking of creating a type of training manual for how to be successful or maybe just partnering with models to help them be successful.
What do you think? If your a model, would you be interested in training/instructional product? Would you want to hire an image manager? If you are interested, what would make it worth it for you as a model?
