Can anyone please provide some Intel on legal status of cam modeling in such countries as Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria?
And also Spain, Portugal, Greece?

Romania have the most models between the countries you've mentioned.
You need to reach an attorney in each country and to talk about the legislation on that specific country.
In Spain you have no chances due to HIGH TAXES
