Best time to tweet

Hi! I recently started doing cam sessions (I also sell nudes and videos) and Iām just wondering if thereās a best time to tweet / post to reddit and socials that Iām available for sessions.
When are people looking for sessions generally most active word wide? Iām from the UK (GMT) and have set reminders to tweet around 10am, 1pm, 5pm, 8pm, 11pm and 2 am and sometimes later, (I donāt sleep much.)
I want my followers to know Iām pretty much always available without spamming them, but not sure when the best time to āadvertiseā is. Any advice would be appreciated!
